Qualifications
To succeed as a Crew Member at Sky Zone, you must meet the following requirements:
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Be comfortable in an environment where you engage with large groups of people.
- Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in a high-volume, customer-facing role is ideal but not required.
- Customer service or sales experience are considered a bonus.
- Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time.
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.

- Remain stationary and move around the park for long periods of time.
- Lift and/or move a minimum of 20 pounds.
- Frequently communicate and interact with employees and customers in a busy and often loud indoor environment.
