Event Host
Job Summary
Who does not LOVE a party? You get paid to throw parties / events. You must SMILE and be
great with kids of all ages. Our Event Host will work with kids and adults to create a fun and
engaging experience for event guests through courteous, friendly, and professional assistance
while upholding Sky Zone safety regulations. During a typical event, for example, the Host
would greet / check in party guest and verify waiver compliance, set up / clean up party room
promptly, serve food and beverages, etc. The Event Host will also be expected to assist with
cleaning the facility common areas as needed.
Qualifications:
ï‚· Ability to provide excellent customer service
ï‚· Must be able to interact and communicate well with children, parents, and staff members
ï‚· Ability to project voice and be heard in a loud environment
ï‚· Ability to enforce rules
ï‚· Ability to handle large groups of children
ï‚· Ability to engage in customers (all ages) in conversations
WEEKEND AVAILABILITY!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
ï‚· Maintain positive relations and rapport with guests
ï‚· Engage customers (all ages) in conversation
ï‚· Create a fun environment
ï‚· Troubleshoot; appease unhappy customers (all ages) when situation rises
ï‚· Responsible for set up and clean-up of party
ï‚· Greet the party and escort them from the court to the party room
ï‚· Prepare / serve refreshments
ï‚· Create a party gift list of presents
ï‚· Find ways to ensure Sky Zone is the premier event host in St Louis
ï‚· Custodial duties as requested
ï‚· Other duties as assigned
Salary : $13 - $15
