Team Lead
Overview: This position is the shift manager (key holder) and is responsible for ensuring park safety, delightful guest experience, effective and efficient team performance during the shifts they manage.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain all Sky Zone Safety and Risk Management standards
- Ensure Team Members are attentive and effective in ensuring a safe environment for guests
- Ensure effective communication with Team Members on the Lead’s assigned shift. Team Members should be knowledgeable about current park offerings and programs. Manage team to deliver a great Guest experience.
- Resolve Guest service issues with discretion and professionalism
- Oversee and manage administrative needs in the park during assigned shifts, such as Team Member scheduling changes and IT support.
- Manage and/or help resolve urgent park equipment and courts maintenance issues during assigned shifts
- Ensure all equipment is in proper working order or repaired/replaced, when necessary, during the shift.
- Directly perform or oversee routine repairs on equipment (i.e. trampoline spring replacements, fabric repair, restroom issues, etc.).
- Directly resolve Guest inquiries (via phone or in-person) during the assigned shift. Tasks may include scheduling an event or answering general inquiries (hours of operation, park attractions, etc.).
- Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
