Court Monitor
Ensures the safety of all guests by actively supervising attractions, enforcing park rules, providing clear instructions, and responding quickly to unsafe situations. Maintains a high-energy, welcoming environment while promoting safe play and assisting guests with questions or concerns.
Front Desk Team Member
Serves as the first point of contact for guests by processing admissions, memberships, and waivers efficiently. Provides friendly customer service, answers questions, resolves concerns, promotes memberships and park promotions, and helps ensure a smooth check-in experience for every visitor.
Café Team Member
Prepares and serves food and beverages while following food safety and sanitation standards. Maintains a clean and organized café, manages inventory, processes transactions accurately, and provides prompt, friendly service to enhance the overall guest experience.
Party Host
Coordinates birthday parties and group events from start to finish by welcoming guests, serving food and beverages, organizing activities, and ensuring each celebration runs smoothly. Creates memorable experiences through excellent communication, organization, and enthusiastic customer service.
