Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution of sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for improving sales performance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
- Cleaning of certain areas (bathroom, waiver kiosk, glass)
- Handling and counting cash registers.
Skills
- Stocking and Inventory Management.
- Proven experience in Sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
