Position Overview
We are looking for dependable, safety-focused Team Members to help monitor activities and ensure a positive and fun environment for all participants. This is not a coaching position—the primary responsibility is supervising activities, maintaining safety, and offering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise designated activity areas to ensure participant safety and engagement
- Enforce facility rules and maintain a safe, orderly environment
- Respond quickly and appropriately to incidents or emergencies
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests and addressing questions
- Keep accurate records of attendance and incident reports
Qualifications
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication with children, parents, and teammates
- Previous experience working with kids in a structured setting is preferred
- Familiarity with sports (especially basketball) is a plus
- Team-oriented, responsible, and adaptable in dynamic environments
