Main Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily email communications, ensuring all messages are organized, reviewed, and responded to in a timely and professional manner.
- Draft, edit, and send routine email correspondence as needed.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining spreadsheets, documents, and various internal reports.
- Track key tasks, deadlines, and communications to ensure timely follow-ups and completion.
- Provide general administrative support and perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook, or similar productivity tools.
- Strong written communication skills with excellent professional email etiquette.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred.
- Experience in banking, lending, real estate, or financial services is highly desirable.
- Bilingual ability in English and Chinese is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed.
