HEALTH TEACHER
The Health Teacher provides instruction aligned with the MA Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Health Education Standards.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree is required in education or a health-related field
- Valid Massachusetts 5-8 teacher license in Health
- SEI Endorsement
Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver lessons aligned to the MA Health Education Standards
- Strong classroom management
- Effective communicator; communicates regularly with families, students, and colleagues
- Work collaboratively with Sky View’s physical education teacher and district-wide colleagues
- Attend monthly Wellness Committee meetings (virtually)
Salary : $53,968 - $110,109
