We handle all aspects of general dentistry and also provide additional services such as cosmetic treatments, implants, and root canals. Our caring team is dedicated to our patients’ comfort as well as their health, providing guidance and support in addition to excellent care!
Currently, our office is seeking a Hygiene Coordinator for our practice in Alamogordo, NM! The right fit must be a people person, demonstrate multitasking abilities, possess time management skills, be a team player, and be comfortable with different types of technology!
Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients upon arrival
- Answering phone calls and confirming appointments
- Scheduling appointments and filling spaces in the schedule
- Maintaining hygiene recall schedule
- Processing payments, sending and verifying insurance claims
- Provide administrative support to dental staff
- Manage front desk operations and ensure a smooth flow of patients
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to facilitate hard conversations/provide conflict resolution.
- Outgoing, Upbeat and Dependable Personality.
