- Assist in creating processes and procedures for new software program.
- Assist in training employees with new software
- Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
- Receive, greets and directs visitors and clients
- Gather information from recruiters to send out orientation reports in a timely manner
- Responsible to schedule Road Test for qualifying Drivers
- Sending Drivers for Drug Test
- Must keep Track of all qualified Drivers and update recruiting reports
- Must participate in the Driver retention program
- Will also assist on the lease and Owner Operator program
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
- Keep record of Lease contractors and reports
- Generates reports for incentives before being submitted
- Assists with scheduled Events
- Maintains record of cost per hire to include all items (employee cost, building, computers, travel, events, supplies, furniture, drug testing, estimated orientation cost, etc.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
