The Entry-Level Office Assistant is responsible for supporting daily office operations by performing various administrative and clerical tasks. The Entry-Level Office Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the office runs efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Office Assistant:

  • The Entry-Level Office Assistant will greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • The Entry-Level Office Assistant will answer and direct phone calls and emails promptly.
  • The Entry-Level Office Assistant will maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring the office is well-equipped.
  • The Entry-Level Office Assistant will schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for team members.
  • The Entry-Level Office Assistant will assist with filing, document management, and data entry to ensure organization.
  • The Entry-Level Office Assistant will process incoming and outgoing mail in a timely manner.
  • The Entry-Level Office Assistant will assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and receipts.
  • The Entry-Level Office Assistant will prepare and proofread documents and correspondence for accuracy.
  • The Entry-Level Office Assistant will support office staff with miscellaneous administrative duties as needed.
  • The Entry-Level Office Assistant will maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring a productive workspace.

Qualifications for the Entry-Level Office Assistant:

  • The Entry-Level Office Assistant should have a high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
  • The Entry-Level Office Assistant should possess strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • The Entry-Level Office Assistant should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • The Entry-Level Office Assistant should have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The Entry-Level Office Assistant should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • The Entry-Level Office Assistant should have strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Previous office experience is a plus but not required for the Entry-Level Office Assistant role.

Compensation for the Entry-Level Office Assistant:

  • The Entry-Level Office Assistant will receive hourly pay ranging from $18 to $20 per hour, depending on experience.
  • The Entry-Level Office Assistant will be eligible for benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
