Part-Time Real Estate Photographer
Territory Focus: Norfolk county and surrounding areas
Type: Part-Time, Independent Contractor (1099)

About the Role
Come join a busy real estate media provider in Norfolk county. We are seeking a reliable, and professional Part-Time Real Estate Photographer to join our team.
This role requires someone with exceptional customer service/communication skills. Introverts will not be a fit for this role. You must have extreme attention to detail and be a quick learner. You do not need to have real estate media experience. Must be willing to train and obtain a Part 107 Drone license within 6 weeks of beginning the role. If you are someone who is always late, please do not apply. You must be reliable and on time, every time with no excuses.
Key Responsibilities
- On-Site Photography:
- Execute interior and exterior still photography for residential listings, consistently delivering high-quality, professional results that meet our specific brand standards (e.g., proper exposure blending, composition, and color accuracy).
- Capture supplemental media as needed (e.g., aerial drone shots, floor plan measurements, or video walkthroughs (will train)
- Scheduling & Logistics:
- Arrive at all appointments on time (or early) and manage on-site time efficiently (typically 1–2 hours per session).
- Communicate with the listing agent/homeowner professionally upon arrival and guide the shoot process.
- Client/Homeowner Experience:
- Be the face of our company, providing a professional and courteous experience to all clients and homeowners.
- Confirm the home is adequately prepped using our homeowner checklist before beginning the shoot.
- Post-Shoot Workflow:
- Upload all raw photos and media files to our central editing server immediately upon completion of the shoot, using the required naming and transfer protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: Must have basic knowledge of photography but do not need any real estate media experience.
- Equipment: Will be provided.
- Availability: Flexible schedule with availability during standard business hours (M-F, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
- Professionalism: Exceptional communication skills, a professional demeanor,
- Transportation: Must have a reliable car and be willing to travel throughout Norfolk and some of Suffolk, and surrounding Greater Boston areas.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous adherence to shot lists and company branding guidelines.
