Job Title: Cyber Operations and Compliance Analyst

Location: Tysons Corner, VA (Remote / Hybrid)

Clearance Requirement: Active Secret Clearance

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Cyber Operations and Compliance Analyst to support cybersecurity operations for the federal program. This role focuses on cyber task tracking, compliance management, RMF/ATO support, and security operations coordination. The candidate will ensure compliance with Cyber Tasking Orders (CTOs), support audit readiness (CORA, CSSP), manage access control processes, and assist with SIEM monitoring and incident response activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and manage Cyber Tasking Orders (CTOs), including requirements and closure actions
• Maintain compliance records and status reporting
• Support RMF / ATO processes and documentation
• Assist with cybersecurity assessments and audits (CORA, CSSP)
• Manage access control processes
• Monitor DoD 8570 / 8140 certification compliance
• Perform SIEM monitoring and log analysis
• Support incident response activities
• Track corrective actions and remediation efforts
• Develop reports and dashboards for leadership
• Communicate technical findings to stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with cybersecurity operations and compliance
• Task tracking and coordination experience
• Knowledge of access control processes
• Experience with SIEM tools and log analysis
• Familiarity with incident response processes
• Knowledge of DoD 8570 / 8140 requirements
• Strong organizational and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting DoD or Federal programs
• Familiarity with RMF and eMASS
• Experience supporting CORA and CSSP inspections
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Relevant certifications (Security , CySA , CISSP, etc.)

Education and Experience:

• Degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• Equivalent experience may substitute for degree
• 3 years of relevant cybersecurity experience

Work Environment:

• Supports multi-disciplinary teams
• Handles sensitive DoD systems and data
• Requires independent work and deadline management
