Role Description
This is a full-time, remote Sales Representative role. This position is focused on outbound outreach and call setting. The Sales Representative will be responsible for booking qualified demo calls with flight schools for the core sales team. This is not a closing role.
What You'll Do
The Sales Representative will use Sky Schedule’s advanced in-house AI CRM to contact leads using their preferred outreach method, including cold calling, direct email outreach, or a combination of both. Leads, systems, and workflows are provided. Performance is measured primarily by qualified calls booked and pipeline created.
Compensation
This is a commission-only role with no base salary. Compensation includes 40 percent commission on signed customers, plus recurring monthly commission for the duration of the customer relationship.
Qualifications
- Proven sales or outbound prospecting experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with cold outreach and high-volume prospecting
- Experience using CRM tools or sales software
- Self-directed and reliable in a remote work environment
- Understanding of aviation is a strong plus, but not required
