Duties

- Assist customers with product inquiries, provide product demos when applicable, and promote additional items through upselling strategies
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring merchandise is properly stocked and displayed for easy access
- Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively and restocking shelves as needed
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries
- Engage customers with friendly communication skills, fostering a positive shopping environment and encouraging repeat business
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
