What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Clerk position at Sky River RV?
Sky River RV is seeking an experienced Office Clerk to join our admin team. This role requires prior dealership office experience with DMV processing preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
· Process California DMV paperwork (titles, registrations, transfers, renewals)
· Prepare, review, and post deal jackets for accuracy and compliance
· Submit DMV transactions and follow up on rejections
· Perform data entry, filing, and record retention
· Prepare deposits
· Stock in new units
· Assist accounting and office staff as needed.
· Communicate with customers, lenders, and vendors regarding documentation
· Work out of our Paso Robles location (corporate office) a few times a month (mileage reimbursement provided.)
Required Qualifications:
· Prior dealership office experience
· California DMV processing experience
· Strong attention to detail and organization skills
· Ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
· Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, dealership systems)
Preferred Qualifications:
· RV or automotive dealership background
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
