Sky Realty Company LLC is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers.

• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience.

• Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.

• Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions to enhance the customer service process.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

• A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

• Must be authorized to work in US
