What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitor/Cleaner position at SKY Property Management?
SKY Property Management is looking for a new team members to help us clean and maintain our commercial and residential properties.
Responsibilities:
- Routine cleaning of office spaces
- Clean and/or touch-up vacated apartments and single family homes
- Clean out empty storage facility units
- Maintain breezeways and common areas.
Skills:
- Proven working experience as a cleaner
- Ability to accept, update and close out work orders via cell phone app
- Ability to work as a two person team to maximize efficiencies
The work will be performed at various locations in Elizabethtown, Bowling Green, Franklin, Portland and White House, TN.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
