As a Community Manager in the real estate industry, you are instrumental in driving the success of residential properties. Your key responsibilities include managing tenant relationships, supporting the leasing process, and maintaining high occupancy rates. Through proactive communication and operational oversight, you help ensure a thriving, well-managed community.
Job Responsibilities
Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing concerns, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive living experience.
Leasing Support: Assist with marketing available units, conducting property tours, processing applications, and ensuring a smooth move-in/move-out process.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations; maintain accurate records of leases, inspections, and resident interactions.
Crisis Management: Respond effectively to emergencies and unexpected situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.
Market Research: Stay informed about local market trends, competitor offerings, and rental rates.
Documentation: Prepare and process leasing paperwork accurately and efficiently and ensure all necessary documentation is collected and filed appropriately.
Must be available to work occasional Saturdays

Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required for some local travel)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using computers and office software (email, spreadsheets, etc.)
Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service role preferred

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
