Immediate opening for Solar Installer/Roofers to join our team.
Solar experience a plus but not required—you will be working with a team of solar installer professionals. If you are highly detail-oriented and are looking for a fulfilling and lucrative career in the renewable energy sector, we are eager to hear from you.
Sky NRG Solar is a professional Solar PV installation company that serves residential and commercial customers. Our company offers design, engineering, installation and service for solar PV and energy storage systems. Work takes place mostly within Northern VA, and parts of MD. We offer our customers extremely high quality installations and have nothing but 5 star reviews on every platform. Duties & Skills:
- Work on pitched roofs with safety gear
- Lift/carry up to 50 lbs
- Use hand tools and power tools of all types
- Transport and load/unload solar materials
- Work in confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces, etc.) and in year-round weather
- Minor electrical work
- Clean up job site
Requirements:
- Experience working as a roofer or solar installer a plus
- Ability to work outside year-round & in all weather
- Comfortable using hand and power tools of all types
- Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, punctual, and hard-working
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening process (criminal & drug screen)
- Must have your own reliable transportation, a valid Driver's License, and a clean driving record.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
