What You'll Do
✅ Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Services professionals both in the US and South America
✅ Drive KPI reporting, dashboard management, and performance analytics
✅ Identify opportunities to improve customer service, order processing, and operational efficiency
✅ Partner closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and Technical Account Managers to ensure customer satisfaction
✅ Manage customer escalations and implement solutions that strengthen long-term relationships
✅ Support continuous improvement initiatives through process enhancements and performance monitoring
What You'll Bring
✔ 3 years of leadership or people management experience
✔ 5 years of customer service, account services, sales support, or related experience
✔ Strong analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs and performance metrics
✔ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team development abilities
✔ Bilingual English/Spanish required.
✔ Aerospace, aviation, distribution, or other regulated industry experience highly preferred
