This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to effectively collaborate across teams and ensure project success. Experience in healthcare, manufacturing, or facilities engineering is preferred, along with a strong familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning processes. Effectively manage financial resources within projects while aligning with organizational goals and operational needs. Possession of valid Oregon driver’s license; excellent driving record and ability to be insured by the hospital’s auto insurance policy. Required: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience, required. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Work directly with the Director of Engineering to define project objectives, priorities, and success criteria. Plan, coordinate, and manage engineering projects from initiation through completion. Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project execution. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and organizational standards. Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to stakeholders.
