About the Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Powerplant Program Manager to join our team and help optimize maintenance operations and drive performance across our turbine engine programs. In this role, you’ll manage engine life cycles, streamline processes, and enhance productivity—without performing hands-on maintenance. Your strategic insight will directly shape the efficiency and reliability of our Maintenance department.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple process improvement projects to boost operational performance.
  • Prepare reports, performance metrics, and forecasts to support decision-making.
  • Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules, including fuel planning.
  • Oversee execution of maintenance plans and evaluate proposals for improvement.
  • Manage turbine engine lifecycles—off-wing, overhaul, and inspection.
  • Coordinate with OEM programs for warranty submissions and recoveries.
  • Track engine reliability, forecast shop visits, and manage spares, loaners, and rentals.
  • Ensure program compliance and cost accuracy.
Qualifications:
  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required.
  • Valid authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Proficiency in CAMP, VERYON, MS Excel, Word, and CORRIDOR.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced aviation environment.
