Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic planning and execute compliance and quality initiatives.
- Design and implement production, quality, and service standards in partnership with key departments.
- Identify and close compliance gaps through improved procedures and processes.
- Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring alignment with FAA, AS9100, and NADCAP standards.
- Analyze trends and corrective actions to strengthen quality systems. Develop compliance training programs and promote a culture of safety and accountability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 10 years of experience in quality or compliance management within aviation, aerospace, or defense.
- Strong knowledge of AS9100, FAA PMA, NADCAP, and ITAR.
- Proven record as a qualified supplier to major aerospace companies.
- Skilled in Excel; Epicor MRP and composites experience are a plus. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
