We’re seeking an Assistant Director of Maintenance Technology to lead and enhance the technology supporting our Maintenance & Engineering goals. This is a chance to work with senior management, drive innovation, and improve aviation safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Product Strategy: Turn strategic visions into actionable backlog items.
- Manage Projects: Oversee project tracking with clear ownership and timelines.
- Integrate Feedback: Continuously refine products with input from M&E and IT.
- Ensure Compliance: Manage roles, permissions, and tech configurations to meet standards.
- Oversee Training: Support Maintenance Training with effective technology solutions.
- Business Continuity: Lead disaster recovery planning and testing.
- Drive Efficiency: Apply Lean methodologies to improve processes and tooling storage.
- Manage Risks: Conduct risk assessments and improve problem management.
- Ensure Safety: Maintain compliance with the Safety Management System (SMS).
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in aviation maintenance & engineering technology.
- Experience in Agile environments (SCRUM preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; fluent in English.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
