What is Sky High - Vape & Smoke Shop looking for?
- Those who have knowledge and experience with our industry products; such as CBD, Hookah, Vapes, Glass, Pipes, etc.
- A motivated self-starter who has discipline and a genuine passion/interest in smoke and vape industry.

- Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting every guest every time.
- Make a genuine connection with guests by engaging in friendly and conversation throughout each transaction; asking open ended questions about the guest’s shopping experience and using those questions to assess, understand, and determine how to tailor your approach.
- Speak on the benefits of the rewards points with every guest and assist them through the application process.
- Maintain a clean, clutter free work area (including gathering abandoned items, trash, loose papers, food, etc.)
- Stock supplies during store open hours while being available for the guest.

```Duties:```
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Scan and bag items for customers
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Process returns and exchanges
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management
```Requirements:```
- Strong organizational skills to manage cash register operations efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems preferred
- Knowledge of technology sales and electronics products is a plus
- Phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries over the phone
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient checkout process
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and calculating change
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is desirable
