About the Role

We have one opening on our team for a Patient Care Coordinator. As the Patient Care Coordinator, you may choose one of area of specialization for which you are the most qualified:

· Front Desk Coordination – Managing skincare sales, incoming communications, scheduling, new patient inquiries, and clinic coordination.

· Treatment Coordination – Assisting the doctor in clinic, managing treatment visit sales, and supporting skincare sales.

· Surgery Coordination – Managing coordination of surgeries, guiding patients from surgical estimate through scheduling and pre-op readiness.

· Surgical Technology – Maintaining the operating suite, assisting the doctor in surgery, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, and inventory management.

While you will be hired into one specialization, cross-training is part of our culture. Every team member is required to be cross trained on the front desk role to gain a foundational understanding of our systems, software, and SKY’s communication style. Additional cross-training is offered based on your interests and the needs of the team.

Who Should Apply

We welcome candidates from both aesthetic medicine and other luxury, sales-driven industries, including:

· Patient Coordinators, Treatment Coordinators, Surgery Coordinators in facial plastic surgery, plastic surgery or any field that includes elective procedures (e.g. dermatology, fertility).

· Sales professionals representing luxury brands in aesthetic-adjacent fields. Luxury hospitality, retail, or concierge experience welcome. Examples: high-end jewelry, fashion, resorts, fine dining, spas, weddings, private clubs.

· Medical Assistants or Surgical Technologists with exceptional communication skills.

Sales experience is required. You must be comfortable guiding clients through high-value decisions and confident in your ability to meet performance expectations.

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours, on-site in 4S Ranch. Standard daytime hours Monday–Friday with possibility of working 4 days per week. No weekends, overnights or on call.
