What are the responsibilities and job description for the Drone Light Show Pilot position at Sky Elements Drone Show?

Sky Elements Drone Shows is seeking Drone Light Show Pilots to join our rapidly growing team. Pilots are responsible from bringing our drone shows to life. The pilot in command is in charge at every show, and is responsible for following FAA guidelines as well as the policies of Sky Elements.

The position is up to 100% remote, must reside in the United Sates. This position is also up to 100% travel. Work is completed in pairs with a Crew Lead and reports to the Chief Pilot. Works directly with clients on site, local FAA officials, and crew members.

Job Duties:

· Meeting with clients on show site as main point of contact.

· Ensuring all safety measures are being followed at all times

· Flying drone shows

· Working with activation team to meet client expectations and deliver a flawless performance

Required Skills:

· Professionalism in working directly with clients

· Eagerness to learn and innovate

· Microsoft office suite

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to work in a variety of locations and climates

· Great attention to detail

Bonus Skills:

· Working knowledge of FAA policies in regards to drones

· Part 107 license

· Knowledge of networks and the various components in them

· Ability to work on tight timelines

· Problem solving mindset

Schedule:

·Up to full time depending on location

·Contract work is assigned on an as needed basis

·New Years, 4th of July, first two weeks of Christmas season (starts black Friday)

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
