Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time property management Instructor role based in Jersey City, NJ. The Instructor will design and deliver engaging training sessions, conduct workforce development programs, and support organizational learning initiatives. Responsibilities include creating instructional materials, leading workshops and coaching sessions, assessing participant progress, and integrating feedback to improve future trainings. Additionally, the Instructor will collaborate with internal teams to align training content with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills with the ability to create engaging learning programs
- Proficiency in delivering live training, facilitating workshops, and leading group discussions
- Experience in workforce training, leadership development, or professional skill-building
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences
- Experience in digital tools for training, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), is a plus
- Ability to evaluate participant performance and incorporate constructive feedback for continuous learning
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Experience in consulting, organizational development, or similar industries is preferred
