Are you passionate about helping new employees feel welcomed, informed, and set up for success? We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our team and play a key role in creating a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
Pay: $22-$25 per hour; depending upon qualifications
What You’ll Do:
- Post job openings on recruitment platforms
- Coordinate and manage the onboarding process, working closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth first day.
- Ensure all required paperwork and documentation is completed accurately
- Schedule and lead orientation sessions
- Serve as a trusted resource and welcoming point of contact for new hires during their first weeks
- Collaborate with HR and department managers to ensure a seamless transition throughout the entire hiring process
- Engage with employees through virtual meeting platforms such as Teams, Zoom, and other remote video tools.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on customer service
- Experience in HR or administrative support is a plus
What is required:
- 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, onboarding or administrative support
- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)- Preferred
- HRIS platforms – ADP Preferred
- Coordinating orientation or training sessions
- Ensure accurate completion of employment documentation and adherence to compliance standards.
Education:
- Associate’s degree with an emphasis in Human Resource Management- preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
