What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Treatment Coordinator position at Sky Dental?
We are a private all PPO and Fee for Service growing dental practice in Pittsburg and we are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Dental Treatment Coordinator.
Looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time energetic, motivated, team player that MUST HAVE at least 5 years dental treatment coordinator experience. Spanish speaking is a plus! Will also assist in performing routine clerical, secretarial and administrative work in answering telephones, welcoming patients, providing patient assistance, verifying insurance, scheduling/confirming appointments and maintaining appearance/order of the dental office. Preferably have knowledge of Eaglesoft and Dolphin programs. This job operates in a professional office environment. Our office uses the latest technology with 3D imaging, Itero, and Cerec.
The applicant MUST be detail oriented and possess excellent communication skills as you will be typing and presenting treatment plans for various dentists. The candidate must be a fast learner, a team player, someone who takes initiative, and is very dependable and punctual! We offer organized training to help better assist as needed.
Salary is based on years of experience. We offer flexible hours/days, as well as benefits which include Medical, Dental, 401K, and paid time off. We are big on training the right person. OFFICE HOURS:
Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:30pm, 1 Saturday per month 9:00am-1:00pm
Compensation and benefits based on experience. There is a potential for growth.
