This is a full-time, on-site role for a Land Acquisition Specialist in Houston, TX. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and evaluating suitable properties for solar, BESS and Data Centers development, negotiating land lease or purchase agreements, and conducting due diligence to assess site feasibility. The role also involves building relationships with property owners, managing the land acquisition process, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful development of solar projects.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Land Acquisition and Land Development
- Proficiency in Market Research to identify potential sites and assess feasibility
- Skills in Acquisitions and conducting thorough Due Diligence
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Familiarity with legal aspects of land acquisition, including leases and contracts
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred
- Experience in renewable energy or solar project development is a plus
