Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Union City, GA, for a Lead Clinical Research Coordinator. The individual in this role will oversee and coordinate clinical research studies, ensuring strict adherence to protocols and regulatory guidelines. Key responsibilities include obtaining informed consent, monitoring study participants, maintaining accurate study documentation, managing study-related communications, and collaborating with Principal Investigators and other research team members. The Lead Clinical Research Coordinator will play a critical role in driving excellent clinical trial execution while ensuring participant safety and data integrity.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in obtaining Informed Consent and explaining study procedures to participants
  • Strong understanding of Clinical Protocols and adherence to good clinical practices (GCP) standards
  • Proven experience in Clinical Research and conducting Clinical Trials
  • Ability to perform detailed Research and maintain high-quality study documentation
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other research-related software
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of clinical research experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare, life sciences, or related field; certifications such as CCRC or CCRA are a plus
