This vital role ensures smooth coordination between departments, accurate inventory control, and excellent customer service at our Los Gatos headquarters.As Operations Associate, youll support warehouse logistics, retail engagement, and customer supportensuring each component of our business functions with precision. If you enjoy solving problems, keeping things organized, and leading by example, this is a perfect opportunity to grow with a respected local company that has served the Bay Area for over 60 years.Key Responsibilities Retail & Customer Service Provide product guidance, water testing, and friendly service to in-store customers. Maintain retail cleanliness, organization, and professional presentation. Serve as a backup to the office team when needed to ensure seamless operations.Operations & Logistics Support warehouse inventory management and organization. Process and submit warranty requests (Fluidra, Pentair, Maytronics, Raypak). Order and verify parts requested by technicians, ensuring pricing accuracy. Stage equipment and update job documentation in coordination with the service team. Deliver parts and supplies to field technicians as needed.Technical Support & Maintenance Assist with cleaning filters and routine pool equipment upkeep.Alert Management Monitor alerts and service requests, ensuring timely response and resolution.Qualifications Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the pool service industry. At least 1 year of experience with pool chemical knowledge. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Valid drivers license and clean driving record. Physical ability to lift/move up to 45 lbs and stand for extended periods. Tech-savvy with proficiency in office tools (QuickBooks knowledge a plus). Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
