Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care - Marketing Liaison

SkyBlue Healthcare is seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Healthcare Marketing Liaison to join our growing team!
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about healthcare, enjoys building professional relationships, and understands the importance of driving referrals and admissions in the skilled nursing and long-term care industry.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, physicians, and community referral partners.
● Generate new referral opportunities and drive census growth across assigned facilities.
● Conduct regular hospital, physician office, and community outreach visits.
● Promote facility services, clinical capabilities, and specialty programs.
● Collaborate with facility leadership and admissions teams to ensure timely referral follow-up and successful admissions.
● Identify new business development opportunities throughout the assigned territory.
● Meet established marketing, referral, and admissions growth goals.
Qualifications
● Previous healthcare marketing, business development, or admissions experience preferred.
● Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or hospital experience is a plus.
● Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
● Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset.
● Ability to work independently while collaborating with a regional team.
● Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT
Candidates MUST be willing and able to travel regularly throughout Vinita, Collinsville, and the greater Tulsa metropolitan area.
This is a field-based marketing position requiring consistent face-to-face interaction with referral sources and assigned facilities.
