Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the nursing department, including resident care, staff management, budgeting, and quality improvement initiatives.
Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.

Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on nursing leadership.
Current licensure as an LPN or Registered Nurse (RN) in Oklahoma or Compact license.
