Responsibilities
- Welcome every customer with a positive attitude and a smile.
- Provide exceptional customer service from start to finish.
- Educate customers on cannabis flower, concentrates, edibles, vapes, and other products.
- Make recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Accurately process sales using the POS system.
- Verify customer identification and follow all Michigan cannabis regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales floor.
- Assist with inventory, stocking, and merchandising.
- Work as a team to create an outstanding customer experience.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Cannabis dispensary experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
