ORTHODONTIC LAB TECHNICIAN: YOUR ROLE

In this role, you'll step into the heart of our lab each day, transforming scripts into precise orthodontic appliances and retainers that directly support patient treatment. You'll read detailed instructions, work with your hands to fabricate appliances, and use technology to ensure accuracy and consistency. As you move through your day, you'll balance multiple tasks, prioritize your workflow, and take pride in producing high-quality work that helps create confident smiles. Every appliance you craft becomes part of someone's transformation - and you'll be the skilled technician behind it.

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR ORTHODONTIC LAB TECHNICIANS

• Ability to follow directions
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Comfort working with your hands
• Ability to accurately read and execute scripts
• Ability to work efficiently alone
• Utilize technology to fabricate appliances
• Responsible for fabricating all lab appliances and retainers according to scripts
• Ability to learn and utilize 3D printing and various software to execute appliances
  
• Utilizing resin and various materials
  
• Ability to learn and practice proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials

YOUR HOURS AS OUR ORTHODONTIC LAB TECHNICIAN

This full-time position offers two schedule options:

• Monday–Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
• Monday–Thursday, 8 am – 5 pm, and Friday, 8 am–3 pm
