Protect uptime and safety by executing preventive maintenance, solving problems quickly, and continuously improving how our equipment runs.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance on shop machinery.
- Triage and resolve mechanical issues; complete repairs swiftly to cut downtime.
- Document all work performed and maintain detailed maintenance records.
- Partner with the team to enhance maintenance procedures and standards.
- Maintain safety compliance and an orderly, clean workspace.
- Respond to after-hours or urgent maintenance requests when needed.
- Apply practical, hands-on experience with Haas CNC machines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in mechanics or related area preferred.
- Track record in preventive maintenance and mechanical repair.
- Solid grasp of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Comfortable reading manuals, prints, and electrical/pneumatic schematics.
- Detail-oriented problem solver with a strong sense of ownership.
- Team-minded communicator.
- Open to flexible scheduling and on-call support.
