Position Overview
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Production Assistant to support our daily warehouse and production operations. This hands-on role is essential to keeping orders moving smoothly from inventory to shipment.
Essential Job Functions
- Receive, count, and organize incoming inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory organization and storage
- Prep, pack, and ship customer orders efficiently and accurately
- Apply decals to drinkware and other hard goods
- Press and finish apparel orders using heat press equipment
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse workspace
- Assist with general production tasks as needed
Working Conditions
- Hours of work: 20 hours per week, flexible schedule
- Overtime expectations: Generally not required. October - mid December is our busiest season - Additional hours will be available.
- Travel requirements: very minimal - occasional errand or USPS/UPS drop off
