Key Responsibilities
- Production Scheduling: Develop, maintain, and adjust production schedules to meet customer delivery dates and manufacturing capacity.
- Material Planning: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials, wafers, and components.
- Workflow Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure smooth production flow and resolve bottlenecks.
- Capacity Management: Assess equipment availability, maintenance schedules, and labor resources to optimize throughput.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track production metrics, analyze variances, and recommend process improvements.
- Change Management: Adjust plans in response to design changes, urgent orders, or supply chain disruptions.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure production plans align with industry standards, safety protocols, and quality requirements.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable to rapidly changing priorities.
- Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive in identifying and resolving production risks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or high-tech production planning preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
