Experience with electrical systems, HVAC, mechanical systems, central plant equipment, specialized exhaust systems, clean dry air, acid & solvent exhaust systems, wastewater systems, and chemical delivery systems.
Responsibilities
- Provides general and detailed maintenance on facilities systems, such as mechanical, electrical, chemical, gas, and systems.
- Performs routine general rounds and inspections throughout facility.
- Responds to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Completes documentation of all work performed.
- Mandatory participation in the site emergency response team.
- Respond to after-hour call-ins for emergency responses or repairs.
- Assist in coordinating building projects, facility upgrades, and special events.
- Relocate equipment, items, and furniture as assigned.
- Follow safety regulation and company procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or GED.
- 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or similar industry.
- Knowledge of semiconductor facilities systems and industry-specific systems is a plus.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills· Effective communication and teamwork abilities· Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness· Ability to participate in emergency response programs and after-hours call-ins· Willingness to work day, night, weekend, or rotating shifts as needed· Must be able to lift/move equipment and perform physical tasks· Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, CPR/First Aid) a plus
