Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and deliver food and beverages efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and service areas
- Assist with food prep, restocking, and opening/closing duties as needed
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer concerns or escalate issues to management appropriately
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
- A team-player attitude and a willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
