Document Control Coordinator

At Skolnik Industries, we don’t just make steel drums - we ensure quality and compliance at every
step. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, process-driven Document Control Coordinator to join our
team in this fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will control and maintain
Skolnik’s quality documentation and records systems and support the effective implementation of
Skolnik’s ASME NQA-1 and ISO 9001:2015-compliant Quality Assurance programs, ensuring internal
procedures are followed and customer requirements are met.
What You Will Do
• Maintain controlled documents and records, ensuring they meet internal and regulatory
requirements.
• Retrieve, review, approve, and organize calibration certificates, receiving reports, inspection
plans, training records, and manufacturing traceability documentation.
• Obtain, verify, approve, and properly store supplier compliance documents.
• Prepare customer data packages, ensuring all documents are complete, accurate, and delivered on
time.
• Communicate with suppliers to request missing documents, correct discrepancies, or clarify
technical information.
• Coordinate with inspection team, production, engineering, and purchasing to support
documentation accuracy and completeness.
• Provide support to quality and cross-functional teams as needed to ensure documentation and
quality processes are properly maintained.

• Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical documents and quality records.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing
priorities.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply systems, including QT9, Epicor, and internal shared
drives.
• Willingness to support cross-functional teams across the organization as needed to ensure work
is completed and supports delivery of quality products.
