Role Description:
This is a contract remote role for a Paralegal specializing in Civil Litigation with experiance in Workers Compensation. The Paralegal will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including legal research, drafting legal documents, coordinating case management, and maintaining communication with clients. Additional responsibilities include gathering and preparing evidence, assisting attorneys with trial preparation, and ensuring all documents are filed in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in civil litigation and workers compensation
- Strong Legal Research and experience Drafting Legal Documents
- Experience in Case Management and Client Communication
- Proficiency in Gathering and Preparing Evidence
- Skills in Assisting Attorneys with Trial Preparation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Paralegal certification or degree in Legal Studies, Law, or related field
Salary : $30 - $40
