Location: Northern VA, Montgomery County MD, Prince George’s County MD & Washington, DC
Pay Rate: $29–$35/HR Weekly Pay

Skoda Contracting is expanding and looking for experienced Machine Operators to join our growing crews. If you have experience running a backhoe and/or mini excavator and want consistent work with a solid company—this is it!
What You’ll Do:
- Operate backhoe & mini excavator on utility job sites
- Perform daily equipment inspections & basic maintenance
- Assist crew with:
- Hand digging , Saw cutting ,and Jackhammer work
- Work safely as part of a team
Requirements:
- 2 years heavy equipment experience (Backhoe / Mini Ex preferred)
- Valid Driver’s License (CDL required)
