About SKN WTR
SKN WTR is a locally owned and operated Med Spa led by a team of experienced industry professionals with a proven track record of building successful brands in the aesthetics space. Following the success of our first location, we are entering an exciting new phase of growth with multiple locations opening throughout the Greater Boston area by the end of 2026/early 2027. We're looking for exceptional providers who want to grow alongside an expanding, modern aesthetics brand.
The Opportunity
With our multi-location expansion we are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our provider team. This position will provide care across multiple SKN WTR locations throughout the Greater Boston area, helping to deliver a consistent, elevated patient experience as we continue to grow.
This role is an opportunity to become part of a company building one of Boston's premier aesthetic brands. We're looking for someone who is excited by growth and enjoys working in a collaborative environment with significant opportunities for mentorship, education, and career advancement as SKN WTR continues to expand.
The ideal candidate has advanced experience performing neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments, a strong understanding of biostimulators, and confidence recommending and performing medical-grade skin rejuvenation treatments. Candidates should be comfortable creating comprehensive treatment plans that combine injectables and skin therapies to achieve natural, long-term results.
While we value experience, we welcome every new provider to SKN WTR in the same way to help seamlessly integrate into our collaborative clinical culture. All new providers receive dedicated onboarding and customized advanced hands-on training alongside our Head of Aesthetics, Rachael McLean, to ensure consistency in treatment philosophy, patient experience, and clinical excellence across all SKN WTR locations.
We pride ourselves on creating an environment where every team member thinks, acts, and feels like a business partner and not just an employee. We value and encourage the opinions, feedback, and insights that you will bring to the table on decisions big and small that will influence the direction of our company.
As such, qualified candidates and highly experienced providers may be eligible for additional bonuses and/or equity compensation as part of this role.
