What You’ll Do:
- Travel to residential job sites to meet with clients (local travel only).
- Conduct professional in-home consultations, take measurements, and provide accurate estimates.
- Use your construction knowledge to design the perfect outdoor living space for homeowners.
- Utilize our digital tools to manage your pipeline, save contracts, and communicate with the production team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1 years in exterior residential construction sales (decks, fences, or roofing preferred).
- Tech Savvy: You must be proficient with a computer and Microsoft Word. You should be comfortable saving, editing, and managing digital documents (this is a deal breaker!).
- Communication: Ability to build rapport quickly and explain technical project details to non-technical homeowners.
- Mobility: A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for local travel.
- Licensing: Ability to obtain a Maryland Home Improvement Sales License.
Requirements:
- Must pass a background check (required by Lowe’s).
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

Salary : $75,000 - $175,000
