Duties
- Bridge of communication between the housekeeping department and front office.
- Being organized with paperwork.
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential areas, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and carpet cleaning to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure hygienic living spaces.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and janitorial tools with safety and precision.
- Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting and outdoor work to maintain exterior areas and outdoor spaces.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled windows while maintaining quality standards.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout your shift.
Experience
- Needs management/supervisory experience.
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred.
- Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation practices is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Experience with laundry services and handling cleaning detergents responsibly.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Outdoor work experience is a plus, especially when it involves outdoor maintenance or exterior space upkeep.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and teamwork within a housekeeping management setting.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
