We are looking for a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who genuinely cares about patients and wants to be part of a clinic that values connection, quality care, and real outcomes not volume.

• Passionate about orthopedic and sports rehab
• Confident working with active individuals and return-to-play cases
• Focused on quality over quantity
• Comfortable with 1-on-1 or low-volume care (max 2 patients/hour)
• A strong communicator who builds trust quickly
What You’ll Be Treating
• Sports injuries (ACL rehab, shoulder instability, tendon injuries, etc.)
• General orthopedic conditions (neck, back, knee, shoulder pain)
• Active adults trying to get back to workouts, yoga, or sport
• Personal Injury Cases
• Patients who expect hands-on care real results
Your Role
• Deliver high-quality, individualized treatment sessions
• Carry out PT plan of care with strong clinical reasoning
• Provide hands-on treatment (manual therapy, cueing, movement correction)
• Progress patients toward functional and return-to-sport goals
• Educate patients clearly so they understand their recovery
Schedule
• Part-time (flexible days)
• Current need: 2-3 days/week (with potential to grow)
Compensation
• Competitive per-visit or hourly rate (based on experience) $30-35/hr
Non-Negotiables
• Licensed PTA in Texas
• Strong interest or experience in sports/orthopedic rehab
• Must value patient experience, not just productivity
Salary : $30 - $35
